Become a Volunteer!!
Volunteers are a very important part of the operation of North Point State Park. Duties vary, and range from opening the gates on weekends, to park maintenance. Volunteers also help with the planning and running of events at the park, such as the Easter Egg Hunt, Youth Fishing Derby, Santa's Workshop, etc.. Set your own hours and work as frequently as you wish.
With the opening of the new Visitor/Multi-purpose building, there will be new and exciting opportunities for the volunteers. Now's you chance to make your own mark on the park. Have an idea for use of the center or for a possible event? We want to hear from you!
You will find the current volunteers to be very friendly, knowledagable, and fun to work with. You'll find the work to be fun and rewarding.,
